Gyprock Rapid Repair Kit is a convenient pack of Gyprock products with everything you need to make plasterboard repairs easy.
Typical Applications
Rapid Repair Kit is suitable for repairs to plasterboard walls and ceilings. It includes all you need to prepare, repair and finish nicks scratches and holes up to 150mm x 150mm. Other useful tools may include; hand saw, trimming knife, pencil, dust mask and eye protection depending on the scope of the job.
The Gyprock Rapid Repair Kit has all you need to repair minor nicks and cracks to larger holes in plasterboard walls and ceilings. The kit contains:
- 1kg bag of Gyprock Rapid Patch
- 2 x Gyprock plasterboard panels for larger holes – 150mm x 150mm
- Gyprock Easy Tape – 20 metres
- 100mm broadknife
- Sanding block
- Mixing bucket
- Plus easy to follow, expert instructions.

Product Manufacture
Gyprock Rapid Repair Kit is manufactured by CSR Gyprock in Australia to stringent product specifications.
Product Handling
Transportation and manual handling: Refer to the Gypsum Board Manufacturers of Australia (GBMA) website for recommended OH&S practices.
Storage: Store bags of compound in a dry environment, protected from the weather and out of direct sunlight. Tear bag open from top corner to dispense compound. Unused product which has been mixed with water should be discarded. Unused product in powder format should be stored in original bag: roll the top of the bag to loosely seal, and store in an airtight container.
